A 19-year-old has died after slipping into the Detroit River in downtown Detroit.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. in front of the Detroit Princess boat while the teen was with his friends.
The teen hopped over the railing and sat on the edge. As he tried to leave, he accidentally fell into the river and drifted away.
His body was recovered this morning following recovery efforts by the dive team & police harbor master.
