Man shot in face with flare gun

An investigation is underway after a man was shot in the face during an argument in midtown Detroit.

The incident happened Thursday afternoon on Cass north of Warren Ave, near WSU campus.

Two men got into an argument after getting off the bus, and that’s when one man pulled out a flare g.n and shot the victim in the face.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, where his condition remains unknown. The suspect was arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
