2 teens were shot while traveling on the Lodge Freeway early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened on Lodge Freeway near Seven Mile in Detroit around 1:10 a.m.
The Detroit Regional Communication Center received a call about a single-vehicle crash on Northbound Lodge Freeway near McNichols. The caller stated they had been shot at and were hiding.
The driver, an 18-year-old from West Bloomfield, and the passenger, a 19-year-old from Southfield, were located with gunshot wounds to their arms.
Both were taken to a local hospital and are listed in temporary serious condition.
This is the second freeway shooting in less than 24 hours.
