A woman was arrested after she dumped two infants near a dumpster in Madison Heights
On Saturday, July 15, 2023, at approximately 1 PM, officers responded to Lamphere High School near the dumpsters regarding two children alone in car seats.
Officers determined the children were a 2-year-old and a 4-week-old. Both children were transported to the hospital for observation and were deemed to be in stable condition.
The parents of the children have been identified and a 20-year-old female was taken into custody. Child Protective Services was notified.
The investigation is ongoing.
