A 9-year-old was shot in a drive-by shooting while getting ready for school on Wednesday.
The shooting happened this morning around 7:00 a.m. in the block of Kentfield, near Grand River and Evergreen.
Police say the suspects drove by the victim’s home and fired multiple shots. She was struck in the back and is expected to be okay.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detroit police.
