2 women are dead following a fiery crash in Detroit.
The crash happened around 3:00 a.m. in the area of Mt. Elliot and E. Forest Ave, just north of Gratiot.
A Ford Fusion and Chrysler 300 were involved in a collision at the intersection. The driver of the Fusion was ejected from the car, and the passenger was trapped as the car caught fire.
They were both pronounced dead, according to police. The male in the 300 was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by Detroit police.
