First responders from multiple cities across metro Detroit are attempting to rescue two men who are stuck underground.
The incident happened Tuesday night in Wyandotte in the area of 17th, near Fort & Walnut St.
According to bystanders, two workers were digging a hole to work on a sewer line when the trench collapsed.
First responders are currently attempting to remove the individuals from underground.
UPDATE: 1 man was rescued, the other is still trapped.
