A teen is dead after a shooting Friday afternoon.
The shooting happened on Piedmont, near Joy and Southfield around 12:30 p.m.
We are told the 19-year-old victim was with a cousin inside the home when the shooting happened.
The cousin was taken into custody after fleeing the scene. The investigation into what led up to the shooting is ongoing.
