A 12-year-old was injured after being accidentally run over by a car driven by another child.
The incident happened Saturday morning on Thatcher Street, near Grand River & McNichols.
The incident happened when one of the injured child’s siblings was playing with a vehicle in the driveway. The car began to roll down the driveway, and the 12-year-old reportedly jumped out before being run over and trapped underneath.
They suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
