Detroit police are investigating after an 11-year-old boy was shot on the city’s east side.
The shooting occurred Sunday around 7:35 PM in the area of Beaconsfield & Whittier.
An unknown sedan drove by and fired shots while two children who were playing outside. The child was struck by gunfire.
The child was privately conveyed to the hospital and was listed in critical condition.
