Taylor police are investigating a double shooting that left one person dead and another injured.
The incident happened Monday evening at a home near Wick and Pardee.
A man in his 60s was fatally shot, while his sister, also in her 60s, was wounded.
Family confirmed both victims are siblings of the suspect.
According to family, the suspect argued with his brother and sister before the shooting. Family members said he struggled with mental illness and had been drinking earlier in the day.
The suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
