A man in his 50s is dead and a woman in her 20s is hospitalized after a rollover crash on Detroit’s west side late Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to the scene around 4:30 p.m. near Outer Drive and Hubbell for reports of a single-vehicle crash. According to police, it appears the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip over.
The male driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A female passenger was taken to a nearby hospital and is listed in temporary serious condition.
